Water ingress from porous external brickwork allowing water to penetrate the structure internally.
Our solution
Cut out brickwork to remove saturated cavity wall insulation, brick up and render the property with a waterproof render application with a Tyrolean texture render to finish.
The outcome
To provide a waterproof render system to the properties external brickwork, eliminating any future water ingress.
