The brief
Garage site had been experiencing on going repair issues such as leaking roofs, rendering and structural defects, drain blockages, security issues regarding fencing and garage doors.

New liquid roof coating system, renewal of garage doors, render all walls, new secure fencing, fresh paint colour scheme to match the local dwellings nearby.

Safer garage area with high secure fencing, new garage doors to ensure additional security, structural repairs to failed areas of the site, nice, bright colour scheme and water tight roofs.
