Subsidence To Concrete Shed
The brief
We are working alongside Housing Association helping them improve Plymouth houses. We had to repair the concrete base and concrete shed. The Subsidence to the concrete base and concrete shed. (the gradual caving in or sinking of an area of land.)
Our solution
Demolish the shed and remove concrete base. Reinstate with the aid of 20mm Reinforcing Re bar driven directly within ground and tied to a steel mesh- reinstate concrete pad and re-build shed.
Products used:
Steel Reinforcing rods and Mesh, in strength 100mm Blocks.
C30/40 Grade concrete - (GRP Roof- Fix-R)
Febond SBR Adoptive- Treated Timber
